Jobs are emerging that we never thought of. Travel has shaken up cultural norms. The climate is changing and the future is becoming increasingly unpredictable.
In the midst of all this uncertainty, the resilient ones, the ones who thrive will be those who:
- Have a sustainability mindset
- Explore their purpose and passion
- Master 21st Century skills
You too can thrive in a changing world. Attend our programmes to find your route to resilience.
Programmes
Our programmes take you on a longer journey and dive deeply into the topics of sustainability and systems thinking. Recommended for transformational change.
Our Sygnature Skills and Sygnature Action Programmes are designed to fulfil the requirements of a Duke of Edinburgh or President’s Award Silver Level certificate for skills and service respectively.

DURATION: 60 HOURS or 3-6 MONTHS
In this programme participants learn key concepts in resilience, sustainable development, complexity and systems thinking, and develop strategic intelligence and scenario planning skills to drive positive change and build resilience. Participants not only walk away feeling confident to lead sustainably but are also supported in conceptualising how to put their knowledge into action and start social action projects in their classrooms, workplace, communities or homes.

DURATION: 3 – 6 DAYS
An immersive journey in nature and communities that provides opportunities to experience systems thinking and complexity theory in action, learn from eco-systems, circular economies, and transition towns, and develop familiarity with the interconnectivity of the natural environment, social and economic systems.
Gain insight into what your role in the world is. Just as nature adapts within certain boundaries, connect to your own resilience, agility and adaptability.

DURATION: 6 – 9 MONTHS
A structured programme of how to put knowledge of sustainability into practice: identifying, planning, and executing a social action project. Participants are mentored throughout the experience and walk away with greater project management ability and confidence.
Workshops
Our workshops vary in length from 1 hour to 2 days depending on how deeply you are looking to explore a topic. Recommended for introductions or specific deep dive sessions.
